§ Delivery & Returns
Shipping, Returns & Tracking
Every order ships free across the UK, fully insured and tracked from our door to yours. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, with standard delivery in 2–3 working days and next-day options available at checkout.
UK delivery is always free — no minimum spend. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and value, with duties and taxes included so there are no surprises when your watch arrives.
You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships. Changed your mind? Return any unworn piece within 14 days for a full refund. Bespoke straps and resized rings are exempt, and a handful of destinations carry delivery restrictions — just ask our concierge.
