Standard next working day delivery within UK mainland
is FREE on all orders Foreign deliveries are available with an applicable
surcharge.
Delivery Timescales
The delivery time scale is specified on the product
page to indicate when you will receive your order. If placed before 2 pm,
subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day to
be received the following working day (excluding public or Bank Holidays). Next
working day delivery applies automatically for free to all UK orders over
£50.00 basket value. Orders received after 2 pm are also often despatched the
same day although this is not guaranteed.
We do not currently open on bank and public holidays.
Orders received on these days will be despatched the next working day with the
delivery timescales as above.
Due to the nature of the watches and jewellery which
we sell, we operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore we are only
able to offer this next-day service if the order is validated by our network
easily. In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be
completed immediately. Should any further validation be required a member of
the Watchlove team will make contact with the purchaser.
In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by
email or telephone to inform you of this.
International Deliveries
We are proud to offer International shipping to more
than 50 countries. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout after you
select your country. Our deliveries are sent predominantly by UPS (in some
cases DHL) Shipping internationally can take up to 3 - 10 working days.
Please note that certain countries outside of the EU
may charge modest import taxes to bring goods into that country, the
responsibility to pay these charges is with the purchaser and Watchlove do not
cover these charges in any instance - that applies as well to imported items
which need to be returned to Watchlove.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time
the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify
you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone
them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your
local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by Watchlove will
require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g.
incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you
immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you
will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to
cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through
fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct
our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Consequential Loss for Late Deliveries
As part of our Terms & Conditions, We do not
provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken
off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift.
